Detection analysis of porcine pseudorabies some pig breeding farms in Neijiang of Sichuan Province
In order to understand the infection and immune status of pseudorabies virus in breeding pig farms in Neijiang,Si-chuan Province,and to carry out targeted prevention,control and purification of pseudorabies virus in pigs,438 serum samples,142 mouth and nose swabs,105 boar semen samplefs and 32 aborted fetal tissues were collected from 9 breeding pig farms in Nei-jiang.The antibody detection of porcine pseudorabies virus gB protein and gE protein and the pathogen detection of the gE gene were carried out by the ELISA method and fluorescence PCR method respectively.The results showed that among 438 serum sam-ples sera collected from 9 breeding pig farms,the positive rate of the gB protein antibody of porcine pseudorabies virus was 89.5%,the individual positive rate of the gE protein antibody was 7.08%,and the positive rate of field households was 11.11%.A-mong 717 pathogenic samples,15 samples were positive,the individual positive rate was2.09%,and the field household positive ratewas22.22%.The overall antibody level is high,but there are some differences in antibodies at different farms and stages.The level of immune antibodies at some breeding pig farms is low,and wild virus infection tends to rise.The results suggest that attention should be paid to the prevention and control of pseudorabies in breeding pigs,immunization and monitoring should be continuously strengthened,and the prevention and control of epidemic diseases should be strengthened to promote purification in an orderly manner.
