摘要
探讨了大数据在畜禽遗传改良中的应用,旨在通过高通量测序技术收集和整合遗传资源,实现更精准的育种策略.研究表明,大数据技术显著提升了畜禽育种的效率和准确性,尤其在基因组选择和疾病管理方面展示出巨大潜力.案例分析显示,各国利用大数据技术在奶牛基因组选择、猪育种技术和绵羊遗传改良等领域已取得显著成果.结论指出:未来畜禽育种将更侧重于精准和定制化解决方案,同时应重视伦理和生物安全问题.
Abstract
This paper discusses the application of big data in livestock and poultry genetic improvement,aiming to collect and in-tegrate genetic resources through high-throughput sequencing technology to achieve more accurate breeding strategies.Studies have shown that big data technology has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of livestock breeding,especially in ge-nome selection and disease management.Case studies show that countries such as the United States,the Netherlands,and New Zealand have made significant progress in this area.In the future,livestock breeding will be more focused on precision and cus-tomized solutions,while ethical and biosafety concerns should be taken into account.
