Study on Sample Pretreatment Methods for Determination of Methamphetamine in Hair Samples
By analyzing and studying the hair samples that contain methamphetamine, the paper aims to explore the optimal pretreatment conditions when determining methamphetamine in hair using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Different cleaning, grinding, and extraction conditions were compared to optimize the pretreatment method.Retention time, characteristic ion pairs and their relative abundance were used for qualitative determination. The peak area of characteristic ion pairs was used for quantification. The results showed that the concentration of methamphetamine in hair was the highest when extracted by methanol grinding. In this paper, the impact of pretreatment methods on the results of methamphetamine analysis in hair by LC-MS/MS was systematically studied and analyzed, and an optimal pretreatment condition was explored for the qualitative and quantitative detection of methamphetamine in hair samples.
