摘要
针对毛发中甲基苯丙胺呈阳性的样本,本文分别采用不同的清洗、研磨、提取方法,制备样品提取液进样分析,探索出应用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)分析毛发中甲基苯丙胺的最优前处理条件.根据保留时间、特征离子对及甲基苯丙胺丰度比进行定性,特征离子对峰面积进行定量,优化前处理方法.结果表明,用甲醇研磨提取时,毛发中甲基苯丙胺具有最大的显现浓度.本文系统研究了液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)分析毛发中甲基苯丙胺前处理方法对结果的影响,探索出一种用于毛发样品中甲基苯丙胺定性、定量检验的最优前处理条件.
Abstract
By analyzing and studying the hair samples that contain methamphetamine,the paper aims to explore the optimal pretreatment conditions when determining methamphetamine in hair using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Different cleaning,grinding,and extraction conditions were compared to optimize the pretreatment method.Retention time,characteristic ion pairs and their relative abundance were used for qualitative determination.The peak area of characteristic ion pairs was used for quantification.The results showed that the concentration of methamphetamine in hair was the highest when extracted by methanol grinding.In this paper,the impact of pretreatment methods on the results of methamphetamine analysis in hair by LC-MS/MS was systematically studied and analyzed,and an optimal pretreatment condition was explored for the qualitative and quantitative detection of methamphetamine in hair samples.
