Research on the Symbiotic Ecology of In-depth Cooperation Between Industry,Academia and Research in Grassroots Libraries Under the Government's Purchase of Public Cultural Services:Taking the Library of Beilin District,Xi'an as an Example
In the context of the government's purchase of public cultural services,a case of Xi'an Beilin District Library is used to analyse the symbiotic ecological model of government-social forces-university industry-university research cooperation based on externality theory and triple helix theory, and to analyse the value characteristics and the symbiotic mechanism of the interaction of social externalities, governance externalities and disciplinary externalities based on the nested structure of the triple helix. The study finds that the symbiotic ecology of in-depth cooperation between industry, academia and research in grassroots libraries has extended value in the field of practice, and is a new way for librarianship to promote theoretical innovation through practice. However, some problems should be noted, and a clear mechanism of reciprocal and complementary rights and responsibilities needs to be established;and a corporate governance structure for in-depth cooperation between industry, academia and research should be constructed in order to achieve a win-win situation of in-depth cooperation.
