摘要
秦光玉是近现代云南省著名学者、教育学家、地方文献专家,曾三度出任云南省图书馆馆长,在任二十余年,对云南省近现代图书文献事业的发展有着重要贡献.论文首先梳理秦光玉的教育经历和早期职业经历,随后分析归纳秦光玉在图书文献事业中对地方文献收集整理的贡献,及其担任云南省图书馆馆长期间,在图书馆编目、组织调整、馆藏图书文献增益、坚持新旧并蓄和抗战期间业务维持方面的工作.最后,基于上述分析论述,阐述其事业、贡献对云南地方文献资源建设利用和图书馆职业精神建设的启悟.
Abstract
Qin Guangyu was a famous scholar,educator,and local philologist in Yunnan Province during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.He served as the director of the Yunnan Provincial Library for three times,more than 20 years,had made a significant contribution to the development of Yunnan's modern book and literature cause.This paper first summarizes his educational experience,as well as his early career experience,and then generalizes his contribution to the collection and arrangement of local literature,and his work during the period he served as the director of the Yunnan Provincial Library,including library cataloging,organizational adjustment,collection expansion,adherence to the eclectic mix of old and new,and wartime business maintenance.Finally,based on the above discussions,the article expounds the enlightenment on the construction and utilization of local literature resources in Yunnan and the construction of library professional spirit.
