Abstract
China-CEEC Libraries Union is a brand new union.Based on the research of professional library organizations and the development trend of public libraries at home and abroad,this paper introduces the origin and development of the China-CEEC Libraries Union,and shares future thoughts on the development of the alliance with colleagues.
