Strengthen the Provincial Publicity Function and Support the Development of Grassroots Libraries:Taking Shaanxi Provincial Library as an Example
Under the background of high-quality development of public cultural services,provincial public libraries,as the core of provincial public library service system,have the responsibility to improve the publicity ability of grass-roots libraries.This paper expounds the importance and difficulties of the publicity work of grass-roots libraries in the stage of high-quality development.It analyzes the inevitability of strengthening the regional publicity function of provincial libraries,and introduces the background of strengthening the publicity function of Shaanxi provincial library from three aspects:rapid development of public library,many bright points of work and outstanding imbalance.Finally,from the perspectives of actively organizing and participating in industry exchanges,it systematically investigating the development status of the province,and improving the professional quality of grass-roots talents,this paper summarizes the specific methods and effects of Shaanxi Provincial Library to improve the publicity ability of grass-roots libraries in the province.
