摘要
城乡书房建设丰富和完善了公共文化服务体系,将公共文化服务均等化理念从理想转变为服务社会公众的现实,必将推动图书馆事业实现跨越式发展.山东省城乡书房建设始于2017年威海市城市书房,经过6年的发展运营,已形成一定规模,采用了政社合作、公益众筹等管理模式,具有了环境高雅、功能多元、受众广泛、服务智能等特点,为城乡公共阅读空间的发展增添了新动力.同时针对城乡书房布局分布不够均衡合理、运营维护管理不尽完善等问题,提出了相应对策.
Abstract
The construction of urban and rural libraries has enriched and improved the public cultural service system,transforming the concept of equalization of public cultural services from an ideal to a reality of serving the public,and will inevitably promote the leapfrog development of the library industry.The construction of urban and rural libraries in Shandong Province began in 2017 in Weihai City.After 6 years of development and operation,it has formed a certain scale and adopted management models such as political and social cooperation and public welfare crowdfunding.It has the characteristics of elegant environment,diverse functions,wide audience,and intelligent service,adding new impetus to the urban and rural public reading space.At the same time,corresponding countermeasures have been proposed to address issues such as uneven and unreasonable distribution of urban and rural libraries,and incomplete operation and maintenance management.
