Rethinking on Cultural Day Reading in Public Libraries:Taking the"Cultural Day Reading"in Nanjing Library as an Example
In the new situation of integrated development of culture and tourism,public libraries have taken a new path of reading promotion services-cultural day reading.The paper provides a brief overview of the background of cultural day reading in public libraries,elaborates on its implementation goals,and analyzes the implementation path of cultural day reading in conjunction with the practice of cultural day reading in Nanjing Library.It also seeks external support through cross-border collaboration;enhance the ideological and creative nature of service content,enhance core attractiveness;cultivate excellent reading promotion librarians and stimulate fundamental motivation;explored improvement strategies for sustainable development of cultural day reading from four aspects:drawing on industry standards and promoting standardized operations.
