自全国开展公共图书馆评估定级以来,基层图书馆在评估标准的指引下,不断提升基础业务、保障条件、服务效能,使图书馆事业获得长远发展.第七次评估指标的重大调整,反映了图书馆行业的研究前沿和事业发展方向,推动和促进了基层图书馆的高质量发展.为此,本研究基于评估指标的变化,概述了江苏省部分基层图书馆的迎评工作和服务效能,并针对评估中存在的不足提出建议.
Abstract
Since the nationwide evaluation and grading of public libraries,grassroots libraries have continuously developed in basic business,guarantee conditions,service efficiency,and other aspects under the guidance of each evaluation indicator.The indicators of this seventh evaluation have undergone significant adjustments,reflecting the research frontier and career development direction of the library industry,and promoting the high-quality development of grassroots libraries.Therefore,based on the changes in evaluation indicators,this study provides an overview of the evaluation work and service efficiency of some grassroots libraries in Jiangsu Province,and proposes further development suggestions for the shortcomings in the evaluation.
