摘要
数字保存联盟是开展数字资源长期保存的重要方式,分析国际数字保存联盟的建设类型和特征,能够为我国数字保存联盟的构建与发展提供一定参考.本研究从联盟成立时间、运行状态、目标定位、资源存用方式、成员构成和资金来源等维度分别对43个国际数字保存联盟进行调查分析,国际数字保存联盟在萌芽期、平稳发展期和转型期3个阶段中成员呈现出多元化特征,资源导向在联盟目标定位中最为突出,开放保存是联盟采用最多的资源存用方式,资金来源渠道较广泛.
Abstract
Constructing digital preservation alliance is an essential way to preserve long-term digital resources.The analysis of the types and characteristics of international digital preservation alliances can offer valuable insights for the construction and development of digital preservation alliances in China.43 international digital preservation alliances were investigated and analyzed from the dimensions of establishment time,operation status,goal orientation,the way of resource storage and utilization,and funding sources.The membership of the international digital preservation alliances is diversified in the three stages:the embryonic stage,the stable development stage and the transition stage;resource orientation is the most prominent in alliances'goal orientation,with open preservation being the most widely used way of resource storage and utilization,and funding comes from a wide range of sources.
