Based on the latest Selection of National Reading Research Results published by Jiangsu National Reading Promotion Association,this paper expounds the value of national reading understanding and methodology contained in the four parts of"Strategy and Development","Theory and discussion","Path and method"and"Children and Family Reading"by summarizing the specific contents.This paper probes into the practical significance of the book for the national reading promotion and the connotation of the discipline construction of reading culturology.
