In the process of promoting the construction of a public cultural service system,public libraries are also constantly innovating and developing,and have embarked on a unique path of development.The construction of themed libraries,as a product of the development of the library industry in the new era,has become a new model for carrying out characteristic reading promotion activities in the continuous improvement of the public cultural service system.This paper combines the practice of theme library construction to sort out the innovative models and service characteristics of theme libraries in China,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on the construction and development of theme libraries under high-quality development.
