数字技术是赋能农村公共文化高质量发展的新型驱动路径.数字赋能农村公共文化高质量发展的逻辑机理在于能够优化农村公共文化内容、促进多元主体协同供给、促进文化更好传承发展、激发文化建设经济效应.在实践中,数字赋能农村公共文化高质量发展面临缺乏统一数字文化建设规划、考核制度不足、文化建设主体单一、在地文化资源数字化不足、农民群体数字素养不足等现实挑战.在政策层面,需要从数字文化建设制度、机制、内容、主体等方面协同发力.
Abstract
Digital technology is a new driving path to enable the high-quality development of rural public culture.The logical mechanism of digital enabling the high-quality development of rural public culture is that it can optimize the content of rural public culture,promote the coordinated supply of multiple subjects,promote the better inheritance and development of culture,and stimulate the economic effect of cultural construction.In practice,the high-quality development of digitally empowered rural public culture faces realistic challenges such as lack of unified digital culture construction planning,insufficient assessment system,single cultural construction subject,insufficient digitization of local cultural resources,and insufficient digital literacy of farmers.At the policy level,it is necessary to make concerted efforts from the aspects of digital culture construction system,mechanism,content and main body.
