County level migrant children are a special group of children who possess both mobile and left behind identities.Based on participatory observation and in-depth interview research,a county-level digital literacy education system for mobile children is constructed,which is nested within the perceptual movement stage,pre operation stage,specific operation stage,and formal operation stage,and is progressively advanced in terms of digital information perception,understanding,acquisition,evaluation,and creation.Exploring the use of audio-book platforms to cultivate digital literacy through parent-child interaction and inter-generational information feedback;Relying on the national primary and secondary school network cloud platform to achieve the transition of information technology courses in rural primary and secondary schools to digital literacy education courses;Support rural accompanying mothers to establish a"courtyard library"and set up a"digital literacy workshop".
