Copyright Infringement Risks,Legal Application Dilemmas and Construction of Exception Rules in the Perspective of Digital Library Construction
In the face of the international trend of digital library construction and the public's access to knowledge and information,it is worthwhile for us to re-examine the rationality of the library's digital construction behaviour.By analysing the risk of copyright infringement in digital library construction,the dilemma of copyright exceptions in China and the exception system of typical countries,the thesis proposes a strategy to construct the copyright exception rules for digital library construction in China from the three aspects of digitisation exceptions for collected works,digitisation exceptions for extra-library resources and TDM exceptions for libraries.
