川渝公共图书馆文献资源一体化服务实践及发展策略研究——以"川渝阅读'一卡通'"项目为例

摘要
随着成渝地区双城经济圈建设重大战略的深入推进,川渝两地公共图书馆密切协作,开展与之相配套的文献一体化服务势在必行.两地公共图书馆创新策划并实施"川渝阅读'一卡通'"项目,从政策、规则、技术三个层面妥善解决了文献一体化服务问题,探索出一条跨省公共图书馆群协作的新路径,在服务中积累了运行经验、形成了项目未来发展的策略,对国内具有同类型业务需求的公共图书馆群也能起到参考作用.
Abstract
With the in-depth promotion of the major strategy for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle,it is imperative for the public libraries in Sichuan and Chongqing to closely collaborate and carry out literature integration services in line with it.The public libraries in the two places innovatively planned and implemented the"Sichuan-Chongqing Reading'One Card'"project,which properly solved the problem of literature integration service from the three levels of policy,rules and technology,and explored a new path of inter-provincial public library group collaboration,accumulating operational experience and forming the future of the project in the service.It has accumulated operational experience and formed strategies for the future development of the program,which can also serve as a reference for domestic public libraries with the same type of business needs.
