In the era where big data-driven and intelligent applications are increasingly becoming the core of technology,Jiangsu,as the only province in China that has both major rivers,lakes,and the sea,has given birth to a unique water charm culture.It has a unique advantage in the construction of local document topics.Taking the"Jiangsu Glimpses"local document topic construction of Nanjing Library as an example,this paper discusses the significance and optimization path of local document topic construction in the context of the digital intelligence era from the perspectives of system construction,talent guarantee,co-construction and sharing,and reading promotion.The aim is to cultivate new momentum for the integration of culture and tourism through the content value of local document topic construction,which can radiate to socio-economic and cultural development.
