The Realistic Needs and Feasibility Study of Introducing PPP Model in Public Libraries:Taking Meilan District Public Library in Haikou City as an Example
PPP(Public-Private Partnership)is a model of government financing for building infrastructure.The Meilan District Public Library,Haikou City,was constructed in 2016 by introducing the PPP model.Built and operated for five years,the practice has proved that public libraries use this model to create and operate,and the overall benefits outweigh the disadvantages.Relative to the specific economic,cultural,and social status of Hainan,it has obvious practical needs and adaptability to promote the construction and development of culture and library undertakings.
