摘要
乡村智慧阅读推广是以信息化技术和手段为工具帮助乡村居民丰富认知、积累知识的有效途径,是加速产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效和生活富裕的可行方式.论文基于乡村智慧阅读推广的技术治理逻辑动因,立足推广主体、推广内容、目标用户、推广方式和推广效果5个维度探讨了乡村智慧阅读推广创新模式框架,并为解决好乡村智慧阅读推广中的技术治理短板提出针对性策略和路径.
Abstract
Rural smart reading promotion is an effective way to help rural residents enrich their cognition and accumulate knowledge through information technology and means.It is a feasible way to accelerate industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and a prosperous life.Based on the logical motivation of technical governance for the promotion of rural smart reading.This paper discusses the framework of the innovative model of rural smart reading promotion based on the five dimensions of promotion subject,promotion content,target users,promotion methods and promotion effects,and proposes a targeted strategy path to solve the shortcomings of technical governance in the promotion of rural smart reading.
