摘要
公共文化数字化是国家文化数字化战略的重要内容,也是现代公共文化服务体系建设的主要方向.我国公共文化数字化建设经历20年实践积累,形成了较丰富的研究成果,集中在文化共享工程、数字图书馆、公共数字文化、数字资源整合等方面,呈现出技术、治理与文化三大研究视角.未来需要合作共建学术共同体,整合技术—治理—文化研究框架,拓展公共文化数字化研究纵深,通过扎根数字中国的丰富场景实践,构建本土自主知识体系.
Abstract
The digitalization of public culture is an important element of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy,and it is also the main direction of the construction of the Modern Public Cultural Service System.After 20 years of practice and accumulation,the digitalization of public culture in China has formed rich research results,mainly focusing on the National Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project,digital library,public digital culture,digital resource integration,etc.,presenting three major research perspectives:technology,governance and culture.In the future,it is necessary to cooperate to build an academic community,integrate the framework of technology-governance-cultural research,expand the depth of public culture digitalization research,and build a local autonomous knowledge system through rich scenario practices rooted in digital China.
