作为数字时代的新型内容创作方式,AIGC具有高效率、智能化等巨大优势.借助AIGC的智能数字内容孪生、编辑和生成等技术能力,图书馆能够高效推进自身服务智慧化、体验智慧化和场景智慧化发展;但同时也可能引发知识产权、社会治理及数据安全等方面的安全风险.对此,有必要采取"完善科技伦理、强化法律规约、加速技术革新、深化教育规正"等措施.

As a new form of content creation in the digital era,AIGC has great advantages such as high efficiency and intelligence.With AIGC's technological capabilities of intelligent digital content twinning,editing and generation,libraries can efficiently promote the development of smart services,smart experiences and smart scenarios;however,it may also lead to security risks in terms of intellectual property rights,social governance and data security.In this regard,it is necessary to take measures to"improve the ethics of technology,strengthen legal regulations,accelerate technological innovation and deepen education and correction".
