摘要
在大阅读时代,新媒体的发展促使读者阅读行为发生了变化.有声服务作为公共图书馆服务的重要组成部分,其创新实践不仅有效丰富图书馆服务内容,促进服务效能的提升,也有助于满足当下读者多元化的阅读需求.论文采取案例分析法,对上海图书馆东馆的广播图书馆有声服务创新实践进行分析,探索有声服务要素和创新逻辑,结合有声服务具体内容和服务亮点,提出对公共图书馆有声服务发展的启示:整合有声资源,强化主题特色,鼓励社会资源加入,细分读者需求.
Abstract
In the era of big reading,the development of new media has changed readers'reading behavior.As an important part of public library service,the innovative practice of audio service not only effectively enriches the content of library service,promotes the improvement of service efficiency,but also helps to meet the diversified reading needs of readers at present.By case analysis,this paper analyzes the innovative practice of audio service in the East Library of Shanghai Library,explores the elements and innovative logic of audio service,and puts forward the enlightenment to the development of audio service in public libraries by combining the specific content and highlights of audio service:integrating audio resources,strengthening theme characteristics,encouraging social resources to join,and subdividing readers'needs.
