Research on the Application of AIGC in Public Libraries:Role,Legal Bottlenecks and Breakthrough Paths
With the rapid development of AI technology,Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC),as one of the important achievements in this field,is promoting innovation in all walks of life at an astonishing speed.ChatGPT,as an outstanding representative of AIGC,its emergence has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the public library industry.This paper takes ChatGPT as an example,discusses in depth the role of AIGC in promoting the construction of information resources,assisting the intelligent information processing of ancient books,innovating the subject intelligence service,enhancing the effectiveness of reference consulting service,and driving the construction of the intelligent knowledge service platform,etc.It also analyzes the legal responsibilities and legal bottlenecks in the process of applying AIGC,and explores the breakthrough path of circumventing the legal risks in the application of AIGC on this basis.
