美国大学图书馆组织现状对我国大学图书馆的启示与思考

摘要
大学图书馆作为学校的文化信息服务中心,在数字化转型背景下,要顺应服务创新和智慧转型的时代需求,转变组织结构,以更加高效、协调的方式服务学校的教学科研工作,满足数智化时代的发展要求.论文借助流程再造理论,在应对转型要求时,对比美国大学图书馆的组织机构现状,为我国大学图书馆组织结构的更新重组、提升服务创新提供依据,推动国内大学图书馆不断提高组织运行效率,增强大学图书馆发展创新的可行性.
Abstract
As the cultural information service center of the university,the university library must adapt to the demands of the digital era by embracing service innovation and intelligent transformation.This necessitates a keen understanding of evolving needs,innovative thinking,organizational restructuring,and efficient coordination to better serve the teaching and research activities of the university.To meet the developmental requirements of the digital intelligence era in the library industry,this paper employs process reengineering theory to compare the organizational structures of American university libraries.By doing so,it aims to provide insights for the renewal and reorganization of Chinese university libraries,foster service innovation,enhance organizational operational efficiency,and promote innovative development in university libraries domestically.
