摘要
大数据技术为高校图书馆服务创新提供新思路,利用大数据技术推动高校图书馆向数字图书馆转型是建设高质量高校图书馆的必经之路.论文梳理了大数据情境下高校图书馆服务创新的5种典型模式、9种创新项目,从服务资源、服务技术、组织管理和服务内容四个方面构建高校图书馆服务创新系统理论模型,提出加强协同合作、高效利用大数据技术、完善服务创新保障机制、转变服务理念和服务模式的对策,为推动高校图书馆数字化转型升级提供借鉴.
Abstract
Big data technology provides new ideas for service innovation in university libraries,and fully utilizing big data technology to promote the transformation of university libraries into smart and digital libraries is a necessary path for building high-quality university libraries.This article summarizes 5 typical models,9 innovative projects,and the characteristics of integration and continuity of service innovation in university libraries in the context of big data.It constructs a theoretical model of service innovation system in university libraries from four aspects:service resources,service technology,organizational management,and service content.Furthermore,it proposes strategies to strengthen collaborative cooperation,efficiently utilize big data technology,improve service innovation guarantee mechanisms,and transform service concepts and models,providing reference for promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of university libraries.
