Re-suggestions for the Revision of the"Rules for Bibliographic Reference and Citations to Information Resources"
At present,the national standard"Rules for Bibliographic Reference and Citations to Information Resources"(GB/T7714-2015)has entered the revision process.There are many things to be improved in this standard,such as some incoherent content should be further clarified;some provisions unreasonable content should be corrected or adjusted.The new bibliographic reference rules should be able to solve the past problems after this revision,and be recognized and welcomed by scholars and editors.
