摘要
在数据的经济价值与战略价值愈发凸显的当下,数据分级成为强化数据管理、规避数据管理共享中风险的必由之路.论文从数据分级共享的国内外现状入手,透析了当前大学中数据的特点及分级共享的多元化发展模式,分析了大学数据分级共享中的困境,提出了明晰数据分级共享的边界、确定分级共享数据的权责归属、基于生命周期进行数据质量监测、重视数据分级共享的安全防控等策略.
Abstract
In the current era where the economic and strategic value of data is becoming increasingly prominent,,data hierarchical has become the must way to strengthen data management and avoid risks in data management and sharing.Starting from the current situation of data hierarchical sharing at home and abroad,this paper dialyses the characteristics of data in current universities and the diversified development models of hierarchical sharing,analyzes difficult positions of hierarchical sharing of university data,and proposes strategies such as clarifying the boundaries of hierarchical data sharing,determining the rights and responsibilities of hierarchical data sharing,monitoring data quality based on the life-cycle,and emphasizing the security prevention and control of hierarchical data sharing.
