委托分散性与碎片化样态下高校图书馆嵌入科研过程的学科服务实践

摘要
针对现实中出现的嵌入科研过程学科服务委托分散性与内容碎片化,论述了中国海洋大学图书馆基于嵌入式学科服务的理论与方法,借鉴PI制理论和经验、整合校内外人力物力资源,采用"内生"和"外引"策略,创建了以"PI制"和"档案管理"为核心、以"评估和动态执行"为骨干的应对服务模式并取得了一定成果,为问题的破解和未来实践提供了参考方向和经验.
Abstract
In response to the decentralization and fragmented supply of embedding scientific research process subject services,the Ocean University of China Library created a new service model based on the theories and methods of embedded subject services,PI system.This model integrated the human and information resources inside and outside library by selecting PI who can be in charge of specific subject mini-missions.The operation module includes"PI system"and"file management"as the core and"evaluation and dynamic execution"as the backbone,and achieved certain results,so as to provide a reference direction and experience for problem-solving and future practice.
