Characteristics and Enlightenment of Research Data Management in Digital Intelligence Empowering Era:a Case Study of British University Libraries
By analyzed the development trend and characteristics of research data management in Oxford university,Edinburgh university and Cambridge university,this paper put forward some suggestions on research data management in universities of china in the digital intelligence era.By comparative study and literature investigation,the study revealed the development process and characteristics of research data management in three universities,and studied them from three aspects:policy strategy,infrastructure construction and service system.British universities attach importance to the top-level design of digital intelligence enabling research data management,and successively issue service road-maps;realize the sustainable development of the repository through the certification of the trusted repository of CoreTrustSeal;the integrated service system provides one-stop service for scientific researchers;the emergence of services such as interactive visualization of data,high-performance computing support and digitization of active data broadens the application scenarios of research data management in the digital intelligence era.
