International Cooperation in Cybercrime Governance:Development Trends,Global Collaboration and Chinese Approaches
Cybercrime is showing increasingly prominent features of becoming transnational and more complex and has become a big concern for the international community.The governance of transna-tional cybercrime itself faces many dilemmas injudicial practice,and cybercrime has showed new criminal patterns in recent years.These bring new challenges to international cooperation in cybercrime gover-nance from a global perspective.Moreover,cybercrime has shown a trend of applying intelligent technologies,involving fewer people,and causing harms across the globe.It has become a consensus by all to strengthen international cooperation in cybersecurity.Therefore,it has become a practical need to effectively coordinate the existing international governance mechanisms for cybercrime and gradually establish a global model for cybercrime governance.In China,cybersecurity is related to its national security.We should take into account China's national conditions and propose the Chinese approaches in due time.We should give full play to the coordinating role of the United Nations in global governance,improve the existing international cooperation mechanism for regional cybercrime governance and build a brand-new community with a shared future in cyberspace with Chinese characteristics.Meanwhile,we should actively take bilateral and multilateral governance approaches to resolve the dilemmas in judicial practice so as to ensure the cybersecurity in China.
