Copyright Risks of Al Painting and Countermeasures
With the development and popularization of AI-generated content(AIGC)technology,AI painting technology is becoming more mature,and the AI painting software has also increasingly been put into application on the market.While AI paintings bring great convenience to our lives,there are also copyright risks that cannot be ignored.The copyright risks of AI painting mainly include infringing the right of reproduction and adaptation of the original work when a huge number of pictures are used in the training.After the paintings are generated by AI,the risks may include infringing the right of reproduc-tion,adaptation,modification and protecting the integrity of the works,as well as the right of communica-tion through information network.To address the potential copyright risks during the model training process,the state should improve the existing laws and regulations as well as strengthen the supervision of AI painting software developers.To cope with the potential copyright risks after the pictures are gener-ated,the law should properly affirm the copyright of painting generated by strong artificial intelligence,and users should raise their awareness of risk prevention,so that AI paintings can bring more positive benefits in the copyright field.
