Study on shrinkage property of recycled mortar under the influence of aggregate particle size and replacement ratio
To quantify the effect of aggregate particle size and replacement ratio on the shrinkage perform-ance of recycled mortar, cement mortar was prepared by recycled fine aggregate.Autogenous shrinkage within 1 d,autogenous shrinkage within 180 d,and dry shrinkage deformation of recycled mortar were studied. The results show that:With the decrease in aggregate particle size, the autogenous shrinkage de-formation of recycled fine aggregate mortar gradually decreases within 1 d.At 24 h,the autogenous shrink-age value of recycled fine aggregate mortar is 25.20%~69.68%of that of ordinary mortar. After 28 d,the autogenous shrinkage deformation of recycled fine aggregate mortar begins to be greater than that of ordina-ry mortar. At 180 d,the autogenous shrinkage value of recycled mortar increased by 2.39%~10.70%compared with that of ordinary mortar. The drying shrinkage of recycled fine aggregate mortar increases with the decrease of aggregate particle size, and the drying shrinkage value of recycled fine aggregate mortar at 180 d is increased by 12.65%~50.30%compared with that of ordinary mortar.Under the premise of the same aggregate, with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate, the autogenous shrinkage deformation of mortar can be effectively alleviated, and the dry shrinkage deformation also gradu-ally decreases.Compared with S/C at 1,when S/C set at 2 and 3,the dry shrinkage value of recycled mor-tar at 180 d decreases by 41.90%and 55.83%,respectively.This study can supplement some test data for the shrinkage property research of recycled fine aggregate mortar and has a certain reference value for subse-quent related research.
