混合级联十三电平H桥调制策略及功率均衡方法

直流电压源比为1∶1∶2∶2混合逆变器,采用传统的混合调制策略分别存在两个高压和低压功率不均衡的弊端,针对以上问题,该文提出了一种改进的调制策略,通过1/4周期互换高压单元脉冲实现了高压单元的功率均衡,在此基础上,让三角载波重构使得两个低压H桥单元的开关损耗相同,确保了高低压两两单元的功率均衡,并且高压和低压部分的功率开关分别工作在基频和高频状态,降低了损耗且谐波特性良好.仿真及实验研究证明了上述理论分析的准确性和切实性.
Hybrid cascaded thirteen level H-bridge modulation strategy and power equalization method
When the DC voltage source ratio is 1∶1∶2∶2,the hybrid inverter adopts the traditional hybrid modulation strategy,which has the disadvantage of unbalanced power of two high voltage and low voltage respectively.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes an improved modulation strategy,which re-alizes the power balance of the high voltage unit by exchanging the pulses of the high voltage unit with 1/4 cycle.On this basis,the triangular carrier is reconstructed to make the switching loss of the two low voltage H-bridge units the same.It ensures the power balance of the high and low voltage two units,and the power switches of the high voltage and low voltage parts work at the basic frequency and high frequency respec-tively,reducing the loss and having good harmonic characteristics.Simulation and experimental studies have proved the accuracy and practicality of the above theoretical analysis.
