司机操纵模式对岸桥起重机小车轨道疲劳寿命的影响研究

实践证明,岸桥起重机司机的操纵方法是影响岸桥起重机小车轨道寿命的关键因素,平稳操纵对防止小车轨道偶发冲击发挥着至关重要的作用,挖掘出司机的操纵模式并探究其对小车轨道寿命的影响具有重要意义.为研究司机的不同操纵对岸边集装箱桥式起重机的小车轨道疲劳寿命的影响,采集了两个月的应力数据和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)数据,并对小车轨道的疲劳寿命进行分析.首先通过自适应共振理论神经网络(ART)聚类算法实现司机操纵模式数据的分类,然后将每类操纵对应的应力数据进行峰值压缩、无效幅值去除,再利用雨流计数法得出幅值统计直方图,最后利用Miner法则求出三类操纵下小车轨道的疲劳寿命.结果显示,第三类操纵下小车轨道的四个测点的疲劳寿命优于第一类和第二类.该文研究结果可为港口司机操作培训提供参考,同时也为厂家改进小车轨道设计提供依据.
Research on the influence of the fatigue life of the quay crane trolley track in the driver's maneuvering mode
The practice has proved that the control method of quay crane driver is the key factor affecting the life of trolley track of quay crane.The smooth control plays a vital role in preventing the accidental impact of trolley track.It is of great significance to dig out the driver's control mode and explore its life of trolley track.In order to study the influence of different maneuvering of drivers on the fatigue life of trolley track of quayside container bridge crane,the stress data and PLC data of two months were collected,and the fatigue life of trolley track was analyzed.Firstly,the ART neural network clustering algorithm was used to classify the driver's manipulation mode data,and then the stress data corresponding to each type of manipulation were compressed with the peak value and the invalid amplitude was removed.Then the amplitude statistical histogram was obtained by the rain-flow counting method.Finally,the Miner's rule was used to calculate the fatigue life of the trolley track under three types of manipulation.The results show that the fatigue life of the four measuring points of the trolley track under the third type is better than that of the first type and the second type.The results of this study can provide a reference for the operation training of port drivers,and also provide a basis for manufacturers to improve the design of trolley track.
