Study on aging of asphalt concrete based on coda wave interferometry
With the continuous development of new energy technology,the production demand of high-pres-sure gas cylinders is increasing,and fiber winding forming technology is a key technology in the production of high-pressure gas cylinders.At present,there are many severe challenges of the fiber winding technology in the domestic development,such as the uneven tension control of yarn winding caused by the core yarn it-self and the high cost caused by too many driving motors needed in the winding wrist operation.Therefore,the CNC gantry winding machine is taken as the research object,a wrist winding device is designed,and the fiber winding process is optimized.A reciprocating CNC core yarn tension control method is proposed.The performance of the gantry winding machine is verified through experiment.The experimental results show that the winding speed of the improved winding machine is increased to 150 m·min-1 and the running speed of the winding trolley is improved to 125 m·min-1.
