As an important construction machinery for fully prefabricated bridges,the static and dynamic performance of the castellated beam integrated bridge erecting machine during use is an important factor af-fecting construction.In order to reveal its static and dynamic performance,the strain sensors and the pho-toelectric image measuring instrument based on DIC technology were used to monitor the strain and the de-flection of the key sections.The strength and stiffness were analyzed and evaluated.The dynamic displace-ment of the structure was extracted by the simple moving average method,and the dynamic characteristic was analyzed.In addition,the finite element model of the structural girder was established.The finite ele-ment analysis results were compared with the monitoring results.The study indicated that the finite element analysis results were consistent with the measured results,which verified the accuracy of the finite element analysis.The strength and stiffness of castellated beam integrated bridge erecting machine were proved to meet the requirements of the code.Based on the dynamic displacement data,the peak picking method could effectively identify the natural frequency of the bridge erecting machine.The first-order natu-ral frequency of the structure calculated by the finite element method is 4.08 Hz,and the maximum error is only 0.73%compared with the measured results.
