轮式越野车辆行驶动力学特性建模仿真

考虑底盘悬架结构和轮胎作用,建立了某型轮式越野车辆底盘的多体动力学模型,并结合路障冲击试验方法进行了校验.结合B—G级路面不平度,建立了该型轮式越野车辆在不同等级路面上的行驶动力学模型,并对车辆以不同速度行驶并在不同等级随机路面不平度激励下的垂向加速度和车体俯仰姿态角进行了仿真分析.仿真与试验结果表明,所建立的轮式越野车辆的底盘动力学模型和行驶动力学模型具备较高的可信度.
Driving Dynamics Modeling and Simulation of Wheeled Off-Road Vehicle
A multi-rigid body dynamics model of wheeled off-road vehicle was established considering the chassis suspension structure and the elastic characteristics of fire.The model was verified and improved by road-block shock test.Combined with the road roughness of level B ~ G,the driving dynamics model was built,and the vehicle acceleration and the pitch attitude under different vehicle speeds and different random road excitations were simulated.The simulation and test results show that the dynamics models have higher credibility.
