Ground Station Resource Scheduling for Satellite Routine TT&C
The problem of ground station resource scheduling for satellite TT&C(telemetry, tracking and command)mission is to allocate the corresponding earth station resources for satellite in the specific time and constraint conditions according to the conventional mission requirements of satellite,so as to obtain the resource allocation and scheduling scheme that can meet the requirements of satellite mission. With the development of space technology, the increase of the number of satellites and the increase of customer demand,it is becoming more and more important to solve the resource scheduling problem of ground stations for large-scale satellite TT&C missions within the effective time.Based on the practical application,we analyze the scheduling problem of satellite TT&C mission, and consider the satellite time constraints and resource constraints involved in resource scheduling process. The constraint conditions of the problem are expressed in mathematical language, the mathematical model of earth station resource scheduling in satellite measurement and control mission is established, and the two-stage genetic algorithm is designed. The solution space of search is gradually reduced by selecting the turn number of satellite mission in the first stage and the visible window of the mission in the second stage, which realizes the application of genetic algorithm in satellite resource scheduling. Finally,a series of experiments are designed and the experimental results are evaluated. It is found that the two-stage genetic algorithm can better solve the multi-satellite and multi-constraint measurement and control resource scheduling.
