Experimental Study on the Performance of Wireless Power Transfer Based on COMSOL
The performance of magnetic coupling resonant-wirelesspower transfer is closely related to the frequency of the system. When the resonant frequency of the MCR-WPT is the same as that of the power supply, the system achieves the optimal output performance. In many literatures, the resonant frequency of MCR-WPT ranges from 100 kHz to 1 000 kHz,but there are few studies on the transfer performance of MCR-WPT with different resonant frequencies. Therefore,in this paper, the MCR-WPT equivalent circuit is calculated and analyzed in detail, and the parameters of the coil circuit are obtained by using the COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software,at last,MATLAB is used to calculate and analyze the influence of different resonant frequencies on the transfer performance of the system. The simulation results show that the efficiency of the system and output power are optimal in the range of 100-400 kHz when the resonant frequency of the system is in the range of 100-1 000 kHz.
