车轮作为轨道车辆走行部的核心部件之一,其质量的减轻可有效改善轮轨关系,降低轮轨相互作用力,提高车辆运行稳定性、安全性及乘客的舒适度.本研究以国家高速列车青岛技术创新中心研发的双层镂空辐条结构和奥贝球铁材料(austempered ductile Iron,ADI)构成的新型车轮为研究对象,建立单转向架的刚柔耦合动力学模型,运用SIMPACK软件对比分析传统辗钢车轮和新型ADI车轮在直线、缓和曲线、恒曲线工况下的轮轨横向力、轮轨垂向力、构架横向振动加速度、脱轨系数和磨耗系数.分析结果表明,新型ADI车轮的轮轨横向力、构架横向振动加速度和脱轨系数指标接近传统辗钢车轮且满足GB/T 5599-2019标准要求,对轮轨垂向力、低频下的振动及车轮磨耗有一定改善.
Research on Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamics Simulation of Austempered Ductile Iron Spoke Wheel
Wheelset is one of core components of the railway vehicle bogie.The quality reduction of the of the wheel can effectively improve the wheel-rail work condition and reduce the wheel-rail interaction force.It also can improve the stability,safety and comfort of the vehicle system.In this paper,a new type of wheel composed of double-layer hollow spoke structure and ADI material developed by NICHST,China,is taken as the research object.The rigid-flexible body coupling dynamic model of single bogie is established by SIMPACK software.The wheel-rail lateral force,wheel-rail vertical force,frame lateral vibration acceleration,derailment coefficient and wear coefficient of traditional rolled steel wheel and new ADI wheel are compared and analyzed.The work condition is considered as straight line,transition curve and constant curve.The results show that the indexes of wheel-rail lateral force,frame lateral vibration acceleration and derailment coefficient of the new ADI wheel are close to the traditional wheel and meet the requirements of GB/T 5599-2019 standard.The vertical force of wheel-rail,vibration at low frequency and wheel wear coefficient are improved.
