基于人因工程的车辆驾驶室布局优化设计

由于车辆驾驶者驾驶姿势不适、疲劳驾驶所造成的危险事故屡见不鲜.为了提高驾驶员和驾驶室的适合匹配度,建立汽车驾驶室模型和驾驶员人体三维模型,对驾驶员的舒适性、可达域和可视域进行分析.模拟驾驶员的工作过程和状态,得到各过程结果,并通过分析结果优化驾驶室,提高汽车驾驶员的操作舒适性和安全性.本研究可改善汽车驾驶员的工作环境,有效减少其疲劳时间和驾驶失误,使得设计的人-机-环境系统更加科学化和人性化,可为驾驶室人-机-环境系统界面高效布局设计提供支撑.
Optimization Design of Vehicle Cab Layout Based on Human Factor Engineering
Dangerous accidents caused by uncomfortable driving posture and fatigue driving are common.In order to improve the fit and match degree between driver and cab,the cab model and Chinese driver's 3D human body model are established,and the driver's comfort,reachable area and visual area are analyzed.The working process and state of the driver are simulated,the results of each process are obtained,and the cab is optimized by analyzing the results to improve the operating comfort and safety of the driver.This study can improve the working environment of automobile drivers,effectively reduce their fatigue time and driving errors,and make the human-machine-environment system designed more scientific and humanized.This study can provide support for the efficient layout design of the human-machine-environment system interface in the cab.
