CFD-Based Research on Outdoor Wind Environment of a University Campus Heterogeneous Building Cluster
In order to investigate the outdoor wind environment condition of a shaped building complex on a university campus and its wind distribution under abnormal weather,it is analyzed by combining computer numerical simulation and field measurement. The analysis results show that the wind speed value at the pedestrian height around the shaped building complex basically meets the requirements, which has less influence on the normal outdoor activities of the personnel, and there are fewer local eddies and windless areas in the building complex area, and the difference between this numerical simulation result and the field measurement result is small. Moreover, under abnormal typhoon weather, the extreme wind speed mainly appears in three locations near the teaching building, and measures need to be taken to control it.
