Based on the complex system theory from the perspective of knowledge,with the help of B-Z response model,a three-dimensional Logistic dynamic analysis model is constructed,which is supplemented by simulation methods to study the relationship between knowledge production,knowledge integration,and knowledge utilization in the process of servitization evolution for manufacturing start-up,and to explore the dynamic evolution mechanism of their servitization.This study finds that:in the initial stage of servitization,as the intrinsic attributes of knowledge flow that manufacturing start-up pay attention to increase,the faster the enhancement of the enterprise's knowledge utilization ability;under the weak organizational responsiveness,knowledge integration shows a steady growth trend over time;while under the strong organizational responsiveness,although knowledge integration and knowledge production show a synergistic growth relationship,as time passes,the two will produce mutually exclusive effects.In addition,although strong organizational responsiveness is a substitute for knowledge integration,it can accelerate the evolution of servitization and shorten the evolutionary cycle of servitization.
