Digital transformation of innovation ecosystem is an effective way for enterprises to break through the bottleneck of innovation in the innovation 3.0 era.In order to explore the intrinsic logic of digital transformation of innovation ecosystem,this paper constructs a multi-intelligence body diffusion model with the threshold mechanism as the core,and reveals the influence relationship between different network embedding methods of digital technology and the depth,speed and take-off time of digital transformation of innovation ecosystem in the context of scale-free network simulation.The study finds that:based on the perspective of digital technology diffusion,the digital transformation process of innovation ecosystem shows an S-curve development pattern as a whole;structural embedding acts on the digital transformation of innovation ecosystem through the information locking effect of the association structure,and the relationship between the two influences has a stage characteristic;relational embedding acts on the digital transformation of innovation ecosystem through the opinion leader effect,and the relationship between the two influences has a rise and fall characteristic.Based on the results of the study,recommendations are put forward to coordinate the formation of core value propositions,clarify the adaptive relationship between various elements of transformation and implement digital transformation pilot projects.
