This study systematically analyzes the key influencing factors of emergency logistics service supply chain collaboration, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for enhancing its collaborative capacity.By constructing a collaboration model of the emergency logistics service supply chain based on causal relationships and system dynamics flow diagrams, and conducting simulation analysis with Hunan Province as a case study, the research reveals the dynamic mechanisms of various factors in the supply chain collaboration effects. The findings indicate that the number of A-level logistics enterprises and the rational layout of regional emergency rescue centers are the core driving forces for significantly improving overall system collaboration. The distribution density of county-level disaster relief material reserves and the transaction activity of logistics information platforms also have a substantial impact on collaboration effectiveness, serving as key levers for enhancing emergency response capabilities. The deep application of information and intelligent technologies demonstrates a significant role in boosting collaboration within emergency logistics supply chains, greatly improving the precision and efficiency of emergency responses.Based on these insights, this paper proposes systematic policy recommendations, including strengthening the hierarchical management and collaborative efficacy of A-level logistics enterprises, accelerating the construction of regional emergency rescue centers, and optimizing resource allocation in emergency logistics networks. These findings provide theoretical innovation and practical guidance for optimi-zing collaboration in emergency logistics service supply chains.
