Collaborative judgment model for emergency decision-making:Based on the interconnection of knowledge structure and ability level of experts
To address the insufficient applicability of comprehensive judgment model based on evaluation provided by experts with incomplete attribute sets in emergency environments,a com-prehensive judgment model based on limited estimation of missing evaluations is established in the sight of the interconnection of knowledge structure and ability level of experts.Firstly,an expert clustering algorithm based on expert knowledge structure is proposed, and then a missing evaluation information estimation method is constructed considering the similarity of expert ca-pability levels within the cluster. On this basis, according to the principle of minimum evaluation deviation, expert weight is optimized to put forward a consensus integration method of expert evaluation information within the cluster.Furthermore, the difference in knowledge structure and scale of clusters are analyzed to calculate their reliability, then the evidence correction fusion is used to integrate the evaluation information among clusters with different knowledge structure. Finally, the experimental analysis proves that the proposed model has better universal applicabil-ity and advanced nature, which can help improve the scientificity of emergency decision-making.
