Cargo carrying decision-making method of high-speed railway express based on transportation capacity sharing
This paper aims to provide a cargo carrying solution for high-speed railway express under the situation of capacity sharing, and realize the full utilization of high-speed railway trans-portation capacity resources. The"path"is introduced to characterize the complex relationship between express demand and service train.Considering the constraints of train carrying volume, time limitation of service products and working capacity of platform,a decision-making model of high-speed railway cargo carrying under transportation capacity sharing is constructed. In order to solve the large-scale cases,a multi-loading rule genetic algorithm is designed with the framework of genetic algorithm based on the effects of priorities of service products, demand starting and ending points and service train on the loading scheme. The correctness of the model is verified by the Gurobi solver using the Xi'an-Chengdu high-speed railway case.By comparing the performance of different algorithms,it is found that the three loading rules designed are rea-sonable and the multi-loading rule genetic algorithm is with superior performance. The results of sensitivity analysis indicate that increasing the working capacities of stations can improve the total profit;the express transportation organization mode based on transportation capacity sharing is more suitable for small demand scenario than specialized high-speed railway freight trains.
