Analysis of coalition stability based on graph model under power asymmetry
Environmental conflicts often pose significant challenges to society and the economy. In order to balance the contradiction between multiple stakeholders and environmental protection, this study proposes a coalition stability analysis method based on the graph model for conflict resolution under power asymmetry, targeting the characteristics of unequal status and easily forming coalitions of participants in conflicts.Firstly, each decision-maker's power preference matrix and power reachable matrix are constructed by determining whether each decision-maker is influenced by power and from which leaders the influence of power comes from.Secondly,by using enumeration method to list all possible coalitions of sanctioning opponents, the power preference relationships of coalitions are constructed and three algebraic expressions of coalition stability with the influence of power are defined on the basis of the full coalition and universal coalition. Finally,a case study of environmental conflict at Changzhou Foreign Language School in Jiangsu Province is conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, providing decision-making support for the government in resolving environmental conflicts.
