Multi-attribute & multi-stage large group decision-making method for preference conflict optimization
Aiming at the multi-attribute & multi-stage large group decision-making problems,which have the characters that the decision making preference is conflictive and that the weights information is unknown,a decision-making method is proposed based on the preference conflict.The weight of each attribute is determined according to the impact of the attribute on the decision results to obtain the attribute weights corresponding to the decision-makers,and the weighted average operators are applied to aggregate the obtained attribute weights to get the attribute weights.The decision-makers' weights are obtained by minimizing the sum of preference conflict of any pair of the decisionmakers' final decision results.The validiy is derived according to the conflict ratio of the decision results of each stage,then the stage weights are confirmed.The final ranking is deriving by calculating the preferences of the original decision makers using the three attributes:the attribute weights,the decision makers' weights and the stage weights.The effectiveness of the method is verified by a numerical illustration.
